Stoked
I was looking through the pics from the sparetime Japan blog of the mooneyes show like I have been for years and came across a couple of bikes with our Rockerboxes on them. We are stoked to say the least.

On the cover
We are pretty stoked for Brian Elliot. He bought one of the first sets we had done back in March. Told us he was building a bike for the Smokeout probuildoff and as it turned out he took home top prize. Good for him, it looks like he put a shit load of hours into Wenona and it paid off. He can build you a bike as well. He can be contacted at: http://blacksunshinecustoms.yolasite.com/
ONE THING THAT NEEDS TO BE CLEARED UP about the article is this. It says the boxes came from THROWBACK MC. There is a motorcycle club that hails from the Grass Valley area of Norcal that goes by the name of THROWBACKS MC. This has NEVER been related to our company"THROWBACK MC PARTS" in any way shape or form. With all due respect to the Throwbacks MC. Just wanted to clear the air on that. WE ARE NOT A Club we are a motorcycle parts company.
Congrats again to Brian.

Fix those worn out rocker arms
You know how almost every rocker arm you ever get used kinda looks like this, not that they dont still work this way but We decided to do something about it.
So we bult this fixture you see here.
Then built an arbor on the lathe to spin a grinding wheel with.
After a quick polish they are looking better than new and we saved some scratch to.
We may offer this service when these get properly road tested.

Spade George
Weve recently had the pleasure of meeting and doing business with this man. He's a 100% class act for sure.
Bring some business his way you will not regret it.

Dave"The Nuts"Polgreen
When Dave decided to build his Born Free digger with our Rockerboxes I knew he was gonna go big because this dude spares no expense and naturally knows what style is all about.
I personally think it was a little overlooked by the judges but they had a harrowing task of figuring out who took home what trophy with the quality of bikes there. This bike features Arlen Ness Frame and forks some time in the seventies.
Not only can he build a bike only few can he is one of the nicest dudes you'll meet in this chopper world we dwell in.
Congrats on another sweet build man.

VL frame. From Turd to Glory
A real ebay gem this thing was. This is how it arrived in the mail. Return address read Billy Lane choppers inc.
Got to work stripping the crap off of it about a year later.
Choppin off the neck.
Making room for an overhead valve motor.
Rear plates where full of welded on crap that had to be removed.
Cleaned up nicely.
At this point I came to the realization that I dont have the capablities to attatch this neck properly so I got ahold of the best metal fab dude within 1000 miles of me and that person was Brandon at Mullins Chaindrive who needs no intro.
The results speak for themselves. This dude is all business man when it comes to this stuff that he was seamingly born to do. He's the guy that takes the extra time to do it rite and doesnt even tell you about it. I'm super happy with the results as is everyone who see's it. Thanks again man.
